TNT & WFP Cracow, May 2008 TNT Express - a courier company and a global partner of UN's World Food Programme - for the second time was involved in sport and CSR events: "Towards the Square with TNT" and "For oneself and for the others" march. These events were organized together with Robert Korzeniowski - Olympic champion and honorary ambassador of WFP in Poland. The open march - aimed to strengthen awareness regarding global hunger - attracted many participants, also whole families. After this manifest of solidarity with starving, everybody had a chance to donate and see the special photo exhibition of TNT's Tanzanian volunteer (presenting the single day of a starving child). The pictures with signatures of Polish cinema stars were sold during the event - to support WFP's School Feeding Program. Omega Communication was responsible for the concept of the "For oneself and for the others" march, media relations and elements of scenario, e.g. preparation of photo exhibition and media competitions regarding WFP.
