Reed Round Table - creative debate Warsaw, June 2008 (1st Edition) "Reed Round Table", the experts' debates, concern broadly comprehended HR problems, especially the issues connected with the personnel management and personnel service, which is the crucial area from the Reed's point of view. Those periodic debates relate to the current events on the labour market. The motto of first edition of "Reed Round Table" was "Talent management". The other discussions were referred to the employees' monitoring in a work place, methods of effective recruitment and selection of staff or personnel policy in the age of the economic slowdown, to mention just a few of the topics. Among debates' participants are senior specialists from the HR sector as well as scholars. Karolina Vook, Country Manager Reed in Poland, is both the expert and the moderator of the discussion. Reed Round Table is an initiative designed by Omega Communication, realized for Reed as a part of public relations co-operation. The partner of the project is a trade monthly "Personel Plus".
