Witold Lipski's Prize Warsaw, October 2008 The results of fourth edition of Witold Lipski's Prize were presentedat Warsaw University , Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics Faculty. The competition promotes activity of young adepts of science, their extraordinary attitude to IT issues and innovation in research. The contest was organized in cooperation with Fundacja Rozwoju Informatyki, Polskie Stowarzyszenie dla Maszyn Liczšcych, Polskie Towarzystwo Informatyczne, and Sage Sp. z o.o. The winners were: dr Dariusz Dereniowski (University of Technology, Gdańsk) and dr Marek Klonowski (University of Technology, Wrocław). Omega Communication was responsible for media relations.
